Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for using our website and explain the limits of our responsibility. They are designed to protect our firm by clarifying that the information provided here is general in nature, does not establish an attorney‑client relationship, and should not be relied upon as legal advice. AI

LawyerHelp.ai is an attorney-supervised AI legal assistant operated by Thiele Law Office, a Pennsylvania law firm. The information generated by this system is not legal advice unless and until it has been reviewed and approved by a licensed Pennsylvania attorney.

By continuing, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. AI-Generated Information May Require Attorney Review
LawyerHelp.ai uses artificial intelligence to help explain legal issues, draft materials, and provide educational information.
All legal conclusions, documents, or recommendations are reviewed by an attorney at Thiele Law Office before they are provided to you as legal advice.

  2. No Attorney–Client Relationship Is Formed Automatically
Your use of this system does not create an attorney–client relationship with Thiele Law Office.
Such a relationship is only formed after:

    • a conflict check,

    • an acceptance of representation, and

    • execution of a formal engagement agreement.

  3. Confidentiality
Information you provide will be treated confidentially consistent with Pennsylvania Rule of Professional Conduct 1.6.
Do not submit highly sensitive information (e.g., SSNs, financial account numbers, medical records) unless and until an attorney confirms representation.

  4. No Guaranteed Accuracy
AI-generated statements may be incomplete or contain errors. Final legal advice will be issued only after attorney review.

  5. Not a Substitute for Legal Counsel
    LawyerHelp.ai is an efficiency tool—not a replacement for a licensed attorney’s judgment.
Under Rule 5.5, the AI cannot and does not independently practice law.

  6. Consent to AI Processing
By continuing, you consent to the processing of the information you provide for the purpose of generating AI-assisted legal guidance under the supervision of Thiele Law Office.
